Alle Rozablue producten worden stuk voor stuk handgemaakt en daarom is geen een product hetzelfde. Hou daarom rekening met kleur verschillen of oneffenheden in de print. Dit is de schoonheid van imperfectie en wordt niet gezien als een productiefout.

De stoffen waar we op printen zijn van 100% katoen en zorgvuldig behandeld voor kleur- en kwaliteitsbehoud. Om dit zo te houden was je Rozablue product met zorg
- Volg de instructies op het waslabel
- Was niet warmer dan 30 graden celcius
- Was met dezelfde kleuren
- Niet laten stomen
- In de droger mag, maar niet te warm drogen
- Niet in de volle zon laten drogen
- Strijken mag, maar niet te warm
- Dekbedden en lakens niet uitwringen

Wat doen wij met je bestelling?
Wij verzenden het binnen 2 a 3 werkdagen zodra wij de betaling hebben ontvangen, met uitzondering van het weekend en feestdagen. Vervolgens wordt binnen 1-2 werkdagen je bestelling bezorgd. We verzenden onze pakketten met PostNL. Er kan worden gevraagd om een handtekening voor ontvangst.
Hoe retourneer ik het artikel?
We willen dat je tevreden bent met je rozablue-aankoop! Is er toch iets niet goed? Dan kan je het binnen 14 dagen op eigen kosten terugsturen. Maar alleen als het artikel niet beschadigd of gebruikt is en in de originele en onbeschadigde verpakking zit.

- En print dit formulier uit en voeg het ingevuld toe aan je retourzending.

Wat doen we met je retourzending?
Als wij het artikel met het retourformulier en pakbon hebben ontvangen, beoordelen wij het binnen 14 dagen en indien nodig ruilen wij het om, of vergoeden wij het. Vermeld je IBAN rekeningnummer op het formulier! Je ontvangt van ons een bevestiging dat je pakket is ontvangen en dat je volledige aankoopbedrag wordt teruggestort op de door jouw gebruikte betaalrekening. De vergoeding bedraagt het gehele aankoopbedrag (exclusief de verzendkosten).
Wie is aansprakelijk bij kwijtraken verzending?
Rozablue is niet aansprakelijk voor het kwijtraken van verzendingen of schade tijdens transport. Zorg daarom ook altijd voor een goede neutrale verpakking.
Is je bestelling beschadigd aangekomen of defect?
Mocht er onverhoopt iets mis zijn met de bestelling, neem dan direct contact met ons op, graag binnen 5 werkdagen. Dan zoeken we naar een passende oplossing.
Kan ik ruilen?
Artikelen kun je ruilen door de artikelen te retourneren en vervolgens gelijk een nieuwe bestelling te plaatsten op de website. Zo zie je gelijk of het artikel nog beschikbaar is.

Levering in Nederland zijn GRATIS bij bestellingen vanaf € 65,-
Past het pakket door de brievenbus dan zijn de verzendkosten binnen Nederland € 4,25.
Past het niet door brievenbus dan zijn de verzendkosten € 6,95 binnen Nederland.
Wie betaalt de retourzending?
Je betaalt zelf de retourkosten bij het postkantoor.
Kan ik ook een cadeaubon kopen?
Jazeker! Je kan iemand verrassen met een Rozablue cadeaubon. Deze zijn hier te bestellen. Wij verzenden deze gratis.

Kan ik mijn bestelling ook afhalen?
Het is mogelijk om uw bestelling af te halen in Bussum. Afhalen is alleen mogelijk op afspraak. We verrekenen daar de portokosten. Stuur wel even een mail naar hello@rozabluehome.com.

The fabrics we print are carefully treated for color fastness and durability. Wash them with care.
- Always follow the recommendations given by the care symbols
- Do not wash warmer than 30 degrees Celsius
- Wash with similar colors
- Do not dry clean
- Tumble dry cool temperature
- Do not dry in the sun

- Do not wring out duvets and sheets

What do we do with your order?
We will ship it within 72 hours as soon as we have received the payment. With the exception of the weekend and public holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. This allows you to follow your package up to your front door. You will then receive your order within 1-2 working days. We send our packages with PostNL. You may be asked for a signature for receipt.
How do I return an item?
We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days from the despatch of your order provided you return the items using our returns paperwork, they are in their original packaging and in an unused resalable condition.

What do we do with your return?
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will process your return within 14 days and will notify you by e–mail once your refund or replacement has been processed. Mention your IBAN account number on the form! Your will receive the full purchase amount of the returned goods. Please note that the cost of returning your goods will not be refunded. We will not process refunds on items that have been used, unless they are faulty.
Who is liable for lost shipping?
Rozablue is not liable for the loss of shipments or damage during transport. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you to send the products – well packed – back with Post NL. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Is your order damaged or defect?
In the unlikely event that (part of) your order is faulty, please contact us directly, within 5 working days. Then we look for a suitable solution.
Can I swap?
Items can be exchanged by returning the articles and then placing a new order on the website to see whether the article is still available.

- When you spend more than € 65, – delivery in the Netherlands is FREE
- If the package fits through the mailbox, the shipping costs in the Netherlands are € 4,25.
- If it does not fit through mailbox, the shipping costs in the Netherlands are € 6,95.

Parcels are returned at your own cost.

Of course you can surprise someone with a Rozablue gift voucher. These can be ordered here. We will send it for free.
Can I also pick up my order?
It is possible to pick up your order in Bussum, the Netherlands. Please send an email first to hello@rozabluehome.comto make an appointment.
